Infuse for at least 8 weeks, filter and enjoy responsibly.

French oak imparts a soft oak flavour and you’ll notice a sweet spice flavour with hints of allspice and cinnamon. 

Toasting wood chips produce flavour compounds not present in raw wood.

Lightly toasted oak retains much of the “woody” type flavour. Often a light toast will impart more tannins and green wood flavours.
